Requirements

4 – 6 Years experience

BA/BS in technical or business related field

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Skills

.Net Framework 3.5
Excellent skills in C# programming
SQL Server 2000 / 2005 / 2008
Experience using ADO.NET and / or LINQ to integrate with SQL Server
Experience with database development and design using one or more major DBMS tools from a .NET Environment

Demonstrated programming and logic skills

Additional

Web services and Website Development
Healthcare and/or Prescription Drug Administration Experience (Highly Preferred)

Description

The ideal candidate would possess a thorough understanding of the .NET Framework and related technologies to help develop systems in Windows for internal administrative use and ASP.NET client facing web pages using Microsoft VB.NET and C#. The primary databases use Microsoft SQL Server. We offer a stimulating environment for software developers who can analyze, develop, deliver and support high quality business software. The ideal candidate will have strong abilities to design and develop complete systems that integrate with the existing software library. Software testing, database design, project management, documentation and user training are all routine expectations of the development team.  The ideal candidate would also be able to service internal staff needs and develop an ability to critically analyze and search through data.  We use the Agile methodology which stresses an understanding of the full scope of the business needs.

This is a temporary, 4 to 6 month engagement.  We are a small service company located in Plymouth, Michigan.
